Spring greens in 5 min.


Ingredients

-5 cups of spring greens, kale, mustard greens, spinach, bok choy.All chopped finely.

-Garlic cloves- 2, thinly sliced

-salt- to taste

-Lemon juice - just a squeeze

- Goji berries- 10-12


Method

- Saute 2 the garlic cloves till slightly brown.

- Add the 5 cups of finely chopped greens.

- Continue to stir fry for another 2-3 min.

- Switch off the heat.

- Add the salt and lemon.

-Finally, add Goji berries for the extra shot of Vit A & C.
