Refreshing, quick and easy springtime dessert

Serves 4


Ingredients

Cow milk....2 cups

Mango custard powder.....1and half tbsp

Rock sugar./Mishri or any natural sweetener...3 tbsp

Chia seed.....2 tbsp

Beaten rice/poha ...4 tsp

Cardamom powder....1tsp

Jaggery.........2 tbsp


Method

In a bowl, beaten rice in hot water.

Heat milk in pan, add rock sugar, chia seed n custard powder.

Keep stirring nonstop or lumps will form.

Let it cool.

In a small transparent serving bowl add rice at the bottom.

Pour custard over this.

Chill in the fridge till pudding is settled.


For kids, you melt some chocolate n pour-over to dress it up.
