Everyday snack... Super Easy !

Nuts -1 cup Seeds -1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut - 1/4 cup Rice pops - 1/4 cup Cocoa ( unsweetened)-1 1/2 tbsp Honey -1 1/2 tablespoons ( for good sweetness and only 1 for moderate sweetness ) Cinnamon 1/4 tsp Cardamon - pinch or more Grind the nuts till they leave oil. Remove and grind the seeds. Now add everything together and mix. Once mixed well, place in a container lined with parchment paper . 1 “ thick. Leave in the fridge for 30 min and remove and cut in slices.
