Warm 'Sweet corn soup' for the autumn and winter months.


Vegetable stock -1 L

Corn -1 1/2 boiled

Spring onion -1 ( finely chopped )

Cornflour -2 tbsp ( in 1/4 cup water )

Salt - to taste

White pepper -1/2 tsp

Lemon - a squeeze

Maple syrup -1 tsp

Sesame oil -1 tsp


Shave the boiled corn. Make a coarse paste. In a pan bring the stock to boil. Add the corn, salt, pepper, sesame oil, spring onion. Give a good stir. End by adding cornflour and wait for the soup to thicken.

Enjoy this warm and nourishing soup in autumn.
